UASD, Inc. is a direct manufacturer of Rigging Products. We are based in Hayward, CA and have 15,000 square feet of warehouse space. Our core products we manufacture include: US type high-intensity shackles, turnbuckles, hooks, clips and several types of lashing tools for containers as well as spare parts for port use.
     We have invested in our inventory to be able to supply you products when you need them without having to wait in most cases for 60-90 days. Our products are imported directly from our main manufacturing facilities in Shandong, China. Our company was established in 1998 and we are one of the premier manufacturers of forged products in China. We have 600,000 square feet including 300,000 square feet area of construction. We have over 70 million CNY of fixed assets and more than 300 employees that include 20 advanced technical workers. Our products are exported to the United States, Germany, Japan and several other countries. Our certificates include ISO9001: 2000 Certification, American Bureau of Shipping Certification. In addition, we have 10 forging machines (1000T, 630T, 300T), several tensile testing machines (400T, 100T) magnetic particle detection machine and accelerometers.
     We also have two automatic heat treatment stove lines and two sets of deep well stoves. We are designated as the official quality control testing base for China Classification Society.
